Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)

Dr. Martin Pietrucha is a nationally recognized expert in the transportation engineering field. He is an emeritus professor of civil engineering at the Pennsylvania State University and former director of Penn State’s Thomas D. Larson Pennsylvania Transportation Institute. He has experience as a mediator in cases involving various types of engineering issues, and he has represented clients in hearings before engineering masters.
