Before joining our ranks, Ceasar honed his skills as a certified New Mexico law enforcement officer for over seven years. His tenure was marked by multifaceted roles, including teaching at the esteemed Southeastern Law Enforcement Academy for the Intoxilyzer 8000, serving as a certified field training officer, and excelling as a patrol supervisor. Further enriching his repertoire, Juarez underwent comprehensive training at Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM) in Albuquerque NM, culminating in certifications for advanced accident investigation and crash reconstruction, bolstering his proficiency in forensic analysis.
